Energetic Reset Merkaba Meditation

Merkaba is your living field of light—your divine energy body, your sacred vehicle of ascension and protection. It is the crystalline geometry of your soul expressed around your physical form, connecting you to higher dimensions of consciousness while anchoring you deeply into your body and the Earth.  When activated, the Merkaba becomes a shield of coherent light—transmuting lower frequencies, protecting your energy, and restoring your natural state of wholeness.

In this meditation, you will gently activate your Merkaba field through breath, visualization and intention—aligning vertically with your higher self, your soul, and Source. 

As this field comes online, it supports the release of stored density, shadow, and emotional residue held within the body, while regulating your nervous system into safety and stillness. Your heart and mind begin to harmonize, your energy becomes coherent, and you return to your true state: clear, connected, protected, and fully embodied in your light.

Bonus 2: Evening Ritual and Meditation

If you would like to get good restful full night sleep, remember your dreams and discover lucid dreaming, I invite you to practice the following evening routine:

1. No electronics 1-2 hours before bed to reduce exposure to blue light. This will calm your nervous system before you rest and restore while you sleep. But if you really need to, then I suggest to wear blue blockers glasses.

2. Journal insights of the day and things you are grateful for. When you are in the state of gratitude in this Now moment, of everything that you already have and already are, you put yourself in the state of receivership. 

3. Say silently this bedtime affirmation: " I am grateful. I am loved. I am safe. I am protected. While my body sleeps and restores, I will travel only to the higher planes of divine light. In the name of I am that I am."

4. I am very big on dreams. I am confident that you will start having more vivid dreams that you will remember, once you start practicing meditation. Dreams carry insights and messages.  Set an intention to remember your dreams before you fall asleep and when you wake up in the middle of the night or in morning, try to write them down or voice record them on your phone before you forget.

5. In the sleep meditation I share a powerful practice of reviewing your day in reverse. This technique will help you to unload your mind from the day, so while you are sleep you have less projection dreams and more lucid dreams. Have a good restful night.
